1. Game Integrity. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y88888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any portion of the y88888 platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of y88888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y88888 excludes all liability for:

• Tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for any taxes due in their jurisdiction on gambling winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits y88888's liability for death or personal injury caused by y88888's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

y88888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following responsible gaming tools and obligations apply to all accounts:

1. Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days following the increase request to prevent impulsive decisions during play.
2. Session Time Reminders. Players may activate session time reminders at defined intervals. These notifications alert Players to the duration of their current session.

2. Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within the period above, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism established by y88888's licensing authority. 3. Account Activity During Disputes. During the period in which a formal dispute is under investigation, y88888 may apply a temporary hold on the disputed funds. This hold does not affect other funds in the account not subject to the dispute.
4. Language. All dispute communications must be submitted in English. y88888's support team can assist Pakistani players in formulating complaints, including in Urdu, but the formal dispute record will be maintained in English as the governing language of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
